We offer various services to our customers. Customers can purchase, rent, or even hire purchase, both brand new and reconditioned machines are available. During the duration of contract, we will provide Monthly General Service and also Breakdown Service with very fast respond time.

We offer our customers 3 to 5 years warranty package. This package includes service, and maintenance of the machine. We also will provide or help our customers so get spare parts for repairs and provide toner or cartridge replacements.
Purchasing or renting our products, and we will offer free delivery, installation and maintenance of the products.

Having invested in new technology, Service is also an important part of our company, and we aim to provide our customers with an average 4 working hour response time, from the time a service call is placed to our office. This minimizes any disruption to your print, copy, scan and faxing facilities.

All our service calls come directly to our head office and are logged by our dedicated friendly and helpful staff, who will do their best to arrange for an engineer & technicians to contact or visit you. Our service engineers are all trained, smart, polite, customer friendly, and thorough to troubleshoot onsite.
