SH Heating Sdn.Bhd. was incorporated under Malaysia Company Act 1965 on 16th Aug 2002, which providing heating experiences in Malaysia. Our service included design and fabrication for electrical heater both industrial & commercial, all types of Thermocouples, RTD Thermosensor and Level Float Sensor.

Furthermore, we supply wide variety of heaters and components for both commercial and industrial use. We have more than 16 years’ experience in providing professional heating solution based on clients’ needs and their different application.
Our product range include imported electrical heater, process controller, process indicator & chart recorder, thermostats, handheld meters, electronically control component and accessories, industrial general products, engineering work & etc.

Hot Runner Coil Heater

Heaters for hot runner systems are manufactured with premium materials and tight manufacturing controls. Also known as cable heaters or hot runner heaters, these heaters are an advance concept of thermal engineering which has a construction similar to high watt density cartridge heaters.

Tubular Heaters

Tubular Heaters offered by us are available in Stainless Steel or Incoloy. These are known for their features such as sealed edges to prevent from moisture, superior grade magnesium oxide insulation and swaged for good electrical insulation & heat transfer.

High Performance Nozzle Heater

High Performance Nozzle Heaters can be operated on higher temperatures of 400°C and is designed to provide for better & even heat transfer. Coming with built-in thermocouple support, these nozzle heaters provide for minimum material spillage possibilities and are perfect for processing of engineering plastics including nylon66, glass polyfill and others.

Band heaters include barrel and nozzle type - barrel and nozzle band heaters are designed to apply heat by conduction to cylindrical surfaces.
Sheath materials available include stainless steel with mica insulation, stainless steel with mineral insulation and aluminized or zinc steel with mica insulation.

Float Sensor

Float Sensor is an electrical ON/OFF Switch, which operates automatically when liquid level goes up or down with respect to specified level. The Signal thus available from the Float Sensor can be utilized for control of a Motor Pump or an allied electrical element like Solenoid, Lamps, and Relays etc.

Thyristor Power Regulators

Electronic Pressure Switch

The type 616 pressure switches measure pressure by means of highly resistant ceramic elements. An open collector (transistor) output accommodates loads up to 100 mA. Either an N/C or N/O contact may be used, and the upper and lower switching point can be freely selected in the range 5 to 100 % fs. Various electrical and pressure connections are available to suit given applications.
