Upon tasting his cousin's Portuguese style grilled fish, Mr Wong was duly impressed and subsequently ventured into the food business happily leaving behind the marble industry. Portuguese style grilled fish is especially spicy, but patrons are able to select the level of spiciness according to their individual preferences.
