Emergency Battery Operated Power Supply (EBOPS)
This emergency battery operated power supply(EBOPS) is to keep the lights and fan running in the lift for a minimum of 2 hours in the event of a power failure thus reducing the anxiety and distress of trapped passengers. The battery is rechargeable
