INTRODUCTION
Incorporated on 11 November 1997 as a public company in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965, Paos Holding Berhad (PHB) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). The successful public listing represents a significant milestone for PHB in demonstrating recognition of the Group's contribution and achievement.From a humble beginning, PHB began its operations in bar soap manufacturing and distribution, and later successfully transformed itself to be a holding conglomerate engaged in investment holding with provision of management services through diversified business portfolios.
