Started as manufacturers and exporters of dried palm fibre, we further expand our business by selling our production line (production plant) after years of extensive research and development. It took 5 years to evolve from the very 1st generation to the current 5th generation, which promises higher production capacity, better energy saving, minimal amount of work force to run, among other advantages.

Our Services

Kayutah Sdn. Bhd. is ever expanding and we continually offer new services to our customer. One of the services is metal works (with CNC plasma cutting). Through many years of experience in fabricating machine and parts for our own use, we are now extending the service to other people. Our engineering solutions is backed by two lead engineers and a team of specialized workers, together with the help of computer-aided design (CAD) program. 

We are also no stranger to the heat treatment business as Kayutah started as timber processing factory with a lot of kiln drying (KD) facilities. With the timber industry slowing down, we began to shift our focus to providing heat treatment services. Our heat treatment service have received accreditation from Department of Agriculture (DOA) Malaysia and is in compliance with International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15).

Our History

Established in 1989, located in Chemor of Perak, Kayutah Sdn Bhd is one of the international palm fibre manufacturers and exporters in Malaysia, focusing on processing palm oil empty fruit brunch (EFB) into marketable dried long palm fibre. With almost 6 years of experience in the industry, Kayutah also successfully designed an automated, robust, and efficient dried palm fibre production plant and is a seller of such production plant. 

Kayutah Sdn. Bhd. also provides two other services, which is metal works (with CNC plasma cutting) and heat treatment services. Metal works includes engineering solutions, machine designing and fabrication. As a heat treatment service provider, Kayutah provide ISPM 15-compliant heat treatment services for wood packaging materials (WPM) such as pallets, crates, cable reels and dunnages.
