Though it has been passed down for 2 generations, the Sour and Spicy Crab served at this restaurant maintains an authentic taste that remains unchanged for 40 years. Besides serving Sour and Spicy Crab, he also created 10 different crab dishes with unique flavours, such as marmite, salted egg and butter crabs.
